If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return. You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be unworn and in their original packaging with any tags attached. We only accept returns from purchases made on 

How do I make a return?

If you need to return your purchase, please contact us via the contact form here, or via email at It is important for us to understand the reason you are returning your merchandise. Please include your order #, return reason, and any feedback you'd like to share. A customer service representative will be in contact with you, within 48-72 hours to follow up on your request.

If you do not have your original packing slip, the order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail.

Important notes

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

All refunds will be credited in the payment form used for the original purchase (US fluctuations in currency may affect the amount credited if originally purchased in US dollars).

The following fees are non-refundable. All delivery, shipping and handling charges (unless an error has occurred in the shipping of your order). 

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
